I Can Do That...

I guess you can say that I started young as an artist. I can remember in elementary school drawing the decorations in the classroom instead of coloring in those boring coloring books. It was obvious that I had artistic talent, but I never knew it would grow into so many things.. Of course, I went on to art school after high school.

I joined a quilt guild after getting into quilting. At one of our meetings, we had a guild member talk to us about punch needle embroidery. It turned out she held classes at her home. I reluctantly signed up with a friend thinking in the back of my mind that I don't need another hobby. After finishing my first piece, I was hooked and never bought another pattern again. I started designing my own because I told myself I can do this.
